Meet the Team
Altara is led by experienced asset manager, Elmo Morales, who has business management and finance degrees from the University of Colorado. Included in property management and decades of business experience, Elmo has been involved with residential and commercial development lending, loan servicing, trust banking, and document custody. In addition to his real estate experience, he has a storied background in entrepreneurship including management consulting, business development, and transaction management. Having been a real estate investor and landlord since the late 1990s, Elmo launched this company in 2015 to serve other landlords as a third party provider.
